PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT PRACTICE:
The PA profession is the fourth fastest growing health care profession in the country. Approximately 245 million visits to PAs are made annually. PAs conduct physical examinations, make diagnoses and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, counsel on preventive health care, assist in surgery, make rounds in nursing homes and hospitals, and write prescriptions. PAs prescribe 303 million medications to patients each year and practice in more than 60 different specialty fields including primary care, pediatrics, surgery, cardiology, obstetrics, and gynecology, dermatology, and emergency medicine.

ASAPA’s Fall CME Conference connects you to a vital, expanding health care market.

Conference Attendance:
On average, 60 Arizona Physician Assistants practicing in a variety of medical and surgical specialties regularly attend this annual conference.

Hotel Reservations:
The conference will be held at the beautiful Carefree Resort & Conference Center, Carefree Arizona. Sleeping rooms may be reserved for as low as $169.00/night plus additional fees. You can book your room by calling the resort directly at 480-488-5300 and be sure to ask for the ASAPA room block, or you may book online at www.carefree-resort.com, where the fee is already set. Deadline to receive the group rate is 5:00pm  Wednesday September 7, 2017.

The Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants invites you and your company to exhibit at our 2017 Fall CME Conference. ASAPA’s conference attracts the most dedicated PAs in the profession. With over 1,600 Arizona PAs seeing an average of 30 patients per day, PAs are writing for an estimated 3,700,000 prescriptions per year. Your participation will give you exposure to Arizona PA’s and students actively seeking employment.

We will be offering a passport raffle drawing. Those who get their passport stamped by every exhibitor will be entered into a drawing. This will provide you with great exposure!

To reserve space:
If you are interested in exhibiting, please complete the online application below. Keep in mind that exhibitor space is limited, and will be given to those who apply first.  One booth attendant is welcome to the food and beverages provided at the conference to attendees.  You may purchase an additional booth attendee ticket for $140.

Booth Specifications:
A standard 6 ft skirted table will be available for your display with room behind the table for any additional display and/or chairs.

Product Theater sponsors are free to provide information to conference attendees on a subject (and speaker) of its choice while showcasing its products and services to this target market.  Speaker will have approximately 40 minutes. $3500 payable to ASAPA.  Food and beverage payable to the hotel.
