PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT PRACTICE:

The PA profession is the fourth fastest growing health care profession in the country. Approximately 245 million visits to PAs are made annually. PAs conduct physical examinations, make diagnoses and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, counsel on preventive health care, assist in surgery, make rounds in nursing homes and hospitals, and write prescriptions. PAs prescribe 303 million medications to patients each year and practice in more than 60 different specialty fields including primary care, pediatrics, surgery, cardiology, obstetrics, and gynecology, dermatology, and emergency medicine.

ASAPA’s 42nd Annual Spring CME Conference connects you to a vital, expanding health care market.

Conference Attendance:
On average, 120 Arizona Physician Assistants practicing in a variety of medical and surgical specialties regularly attend this annual conference.  As well as, 40 PA students from the three PA programs in Arizona.

Hotel Reservations:
The conference will be held at the beautiful Prescott Resort and Conference Center in Prescott, Arizona. Sleeping rooms may be reserved for as low as $103.00/night. You can book your room calling the resort directly at 888-657-7855 and be sure to ask for the ASAPA room block.  Deadline to receive the group rate is February 3, 2018.

The Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants invites you and your company to exhibit at our 42nd Annual Spring CME Conference. The conference will be held at the Prescott Resort in Prescott, AZ. ASAPA’s conference attracts the most dedicated PAs in the profession. With over 1,600 Arizona PAs seeing an average of 30 patients per day, PAs are writing for an estimated 3,700,000 prescriptions per year. Your participation will give you exposure to Arizona PA’s and students actively seeking employment.

We will be offering a passport raffle drawing. Those who get their passport stamped by every exhibitor will be entered into a drawing. This will provide you with great exposure!

To reserve space:
If you are interested in exhibiting, please complete the online application. Keep in mind that exhibitor space is limited, and will be given to those who apply first.  Includes all meal functions for one representative.  You may add a second booth attendant for $270.

Booth Specifications:
A standard 6 ft skirted table will be available for your display with room behind the table for any additional display and/or chairs.  Table location is first come first serve.

Product Theater Sponsor: $3,500 + Food & Beverage

Product Theater sponsors are free to provide information to conference attendees on a subject (and speaker) of its choice while showcasing its products and services to this target market.  Speaker will have 55 minutes.  $3,500 is payable to ASAPA and the Food & Beverage is payable to the hotel.
