The conference will focus on providing Physician Assistants and other health care practitioners with current information on a variety of primary care topics.

Registrants attending the full conference may earn up to 23 Category I CMEs.

  • Friday, March 8: ASAPA Annual Membership Meeting. Updates from ASAPA.
  • Friday March 8: Poster Session
  • Friday March 8: Alumni Receptions: A.T. Still University, Midwestern University, and Northern Arizona University
  • Friday, March 8: Student Challenge Bowl and Reception. Student teams for AT Still, Midwestern and NAU will compete in the Student Challenge Bowl.  Raffle winners will be announced.  Appetizers will be provided - cash bar.

This activity has been reviewed by the AAPA Review Panel and is compliant with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 34.00 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.

This activity was planned in accordance with AAPA CME Standards for Live Programs and for Commercial Support of Live Programs.


 Community Service Drive

The ASAPA Student Members are hosting a community service drive for Maggie's Place to collect new or gently used women's and children's clothing and items.  Maggie’s Place provides houses of hospitality and ongoing support to help pregnant and parenting women in need reach their goals, and welcomes them into a community filled with love and dignity.  We will be collecting the following items from their "ongoing needs list":

  • Women’s clothing (maternity and non-maternity, especially larger sizes)
  • Baby items, baby clothing (newborn – 2T)
  • Shoes (women’s & baby)
  • Small household items

Help us meet the needs of pregnant women and mothers in need. Collection bins will be available at the conference.

Hotel Reservations
The conference will be held at the beautiful Prescott Resort and Conference Center in Prescott, Arizona. Sleeping rooms may be reserved for as low as $103.00/night. You can book your room calling the resort directly at 888-657-7855 and be sure to ask for the ASAPA room block.  Deadline to receive the group rate is February 5, 2019.

Poster Session
ASAPA is hosting a graduate/student poster session on Friday, March 8th. To learn more about the poster session and/or submit a poster for consideration, click here. Deadline for submission is January 18, 2019.
